ThirstyThursdays: To Prosecco or Not to Prosecco…

Prosecco is easily Italy’s most popular sparkling wine. Light, deliciously bubbly and reasonably priced it’s no wonder its a huge part of any special event for the Italians. From luncheons with the girls to weddings, birthdays and everything else in between. It’s no surprise this delicious drink has spread across the world, forging a well earned spot at the table of many countries top celebrations.

And who are we to forget one of the most popular cocktails; the delicious Belini, made from Prosecco and a touch of peach pureé – so delicious, it’s almost acceptable at breakfast! So you can imagine our excitement when we were introduced to Sensi’s fabulous 18K range of Processo. Just look at those bottles – gorgeous!
