Goods
Goods bought shall remain the property of J & C Kenny Limited until paid for in full.
Prices
All prices are nett and exclusive of VAT, which will be added at the prevailing rate and may vary depending on availability and currency fluctuations. (Please note that VAT will be charged at 21.5% as of December 1st 2008).
Claims
Claims for breakages or shortages must be made immediately upon receipt of goods. A Returns Form outlining the reason for return must accompany goods returned for credit.
This form can be obtained from J & C Kenny Limited. Returns can only be accepted within 3 months from delivery date.
Payment
Payment is due and invoices are payable 30 days from date of Invoice Nett or by direct debit Nett 45 days from date of invoice. Overdue monies are liable to interest at prevailing bank rates.

Vintages as described in our price list are subject to stock availability and may change without notice.
